It happens that in a particular year, a new combination is born between literature and pastry making.
From the idea of Silvia Arseni, a writer from Pinerolo and author of the new series of educational mysteries for children "Misteri a RolloPine", the first volume was born entitled "The disappearance of the 5 Senses" published by LAR editore. An interesting and original project which, in this first issue, presents the start of the partnership with Galup: Dolciup is born, the official panettone of the publication, in a limited edition, with chocolate chips.
A partnership that shares important values, because the story, "The disappearance of the 5 Senses", tells the priceless power of sharing, of the desire to unite to overcome difficulties, tells of a world in which everyone pays their attention to the inhabitants of their own town, RolloPine (fantasy transformation of Pinerolo), to its own territory. A philosophy that goes well with the history of Galup which has been working and growing in that very area for almost a century and which constitutes not only a point of reference, but the emblem of the history of a city.
A collaboration that therefore arises from the union of the volume with the traditional Galup panettone with chocolate chips and hazelnut icing, 750 gr. wrapped in a package decorated with yellow colors and characters for children. A road to combine culture and sweetness: "a good thing, combined with a beautiful story". A story that tells the sudden loss of the 5 senses of the inhabitants of RolloPine, in a yellow that takes on the colors of egg yolk, a serene yellow, a yellow that also distinguishes Galup production, made from good and genuine ingredients. A plot in which we discover that the formula of good living helps to solve problems, an ancient recipe, like those that have been handed down for almost 100 years in the pastry products of the Pinerolo company.
Here are therefore points of union and parallels between the world of culture and that of pastry making, from which Dolciup was born, the panettone of the inhabitants of RolloPine, which could be the panettone of any beautiful city in our Italy, of those glimpses of villages and centers ancient ones where everyone knows each other and where good living and work done well represent an inestimable value.

On September 7, 2024, at the Luigi Barbieri Municipal Stadium in Pinerolo, the "Galup che Goal!" event will be held, a solidarity football match organized by Galup and supported by FC Calcio Pinerolo. The challenge will see the National Calcio TV & Social team face Team Galup , made up of company employees and residents of Pinerolo. All proceeds from the evening will be donated to local associations committed to helping children and families in difficulty.

Galup celebrates the Tour de France in Pinerolo with a historical installation
Pinerolo will host the start of the fourth stage of the Tour de France on July 1, 2024. For the occasion, Galup has created an installation, in collaboration with Tuttosport and with the patronage of the city, which will be visible until July 31. The exhibition, located under the arcades of Corso Torino, includes eight panels that tell the story of the Tour, with images dedicated to the feats of Fausto Coppi and Gino Bartali in 1949. This event underlines the deep bond between Galup and the Pinerolo area, celebrating the Italian cycling tradition and the history of the confectionery company.
