For Easter 2021, Galup offers the Colomba with ingredients from the Gran Galup supply chain , a product that tells its story starting from its packaging, specially designed to reveal traceable ingredients from an ISO 22005 certified supply chain: milk and butter from a short and certified Inalpi supply chain, sugar from Italia Zuccheri, eggs and flour. But it also tells the story of the Italian nature of this product, which uses candied cherries and oranges of Italian origin to enrich the dough, Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts that make up the famous and unmistakable glaze, as well as Avola almonds, icing sugar, starch and rice flour, salt and essential oil, all Made in Italy.

Galup celebrates the Tour de France in Pinerolo with a historical installation

Pinerolo will host the start of the fourth stage of the Tour de France on July 1, 2024.
